Our 30-day return policy gives you plenty of time to inspect your jewelry for flaws, imperfections and quality. You can use this time to make sure that you have made the right decision. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item in its original condition for a full refund or an exchange within 30-days of the date of shipment (excluding products with custom engraving or have been custom designed).

Our Return Process
Once we have received your returned item, it will be inspected by our Quality Assurance department. After it passes our inspection your refund or new item, depending on availability, will be processed within a few days. Please note that any items that have been determined to be engraved, altered, resized (by another jewelry store other than Kingdom Gems), show wear or are damaged in anyway will not be accepted for return. Also, if you are sending your returned item to us and it is improperly packed or uninsured, the item will be refused for a refund or exchange.

How To Prepare An Item To Be Returned
To return an item through the mail, please follow the three easy steps:

  1. Call Kingdom Gems
    Call and give us a detailed description of the reason you are choosing to return your item. Please be ready to give the invoice number of the purchase. To reach Mike, please call (310) 634-9952 and to reach Marge, please call (310) 634-9951. If they do not answer, please leave your name, phone number and a description of why you are calling and we will promptly respond.

  2. Local to the Los Angeles area?
    If you are local to the Los Angeles area, we will be happy to set up an appointment to meet with you. If you received a diamond certificate with your order and do not include it with your return, you will be liable for a $225 replacement cost.

  3. Mail Returns - Package your Return Item
    We can receive your item for return by mail if you are not local to the Los Angeles area or would prefer to send by mail. Please include all of the original packaging, information material and certificates along with a copy of your original invoice. If you received a diamond certificate with your order and do not include it with your return, you will be liable for a $225 replacement cost. To insure the security of the item, do not write Kingdom Gems anywhere on the outside of the box.

  4. Shipment and Insurance*
    If the price of your item is less than $500 you can ship your item using any carrier. Please make sure to fully insure your item and request a return receipt for your confirmation that your shipment has reached its intended destination. If your item is more than $500, please ship our package via the US Postal Service Registered Mail and insure your package for the total value of the jewelry. Make sure you ask for a return receipt for confirmation that your item reached Kingdom Gems. You may not use UPS or FedEx since they do not insure contents of over $500.

Please follow all three of these directions exactly as stated. Any return that does not exactly follow these directions will not be processed for refund or exchange.
